The office was dirty. I had to sweep out the 10' truck. I received two separate bills for a total of $158.40 which also included incorrectly billing me for 46 miles. I should have paid a rental rate of $19.95 plus $0.99x11 miles for a total of $30.84. I called immediately and I was told I would receive a credit. I have not seen a credit come through to my credit card account yet. I need you to refund me $127.56 immediately.

Sandra WWhen you make the reservation many days in advance, and SOMEHOW the UHAUL location that YOU CHOSE because it was ½ mile away from your house — MAGICALLY doesn’t have your reservation anymore EVEN THOUGH YOU SAW THE TRAILER IN THE LOT THE DAY BEFORE - Do NOT allow corporate UHAUL to switch it to this location - DURING COACHELLA FESTIVAL - What would have been a 10 minute round trip turned into a 3 HOUR ORDEAL - UHAUL **SHOULD** have transported it to my local one, because of THEIR mistake in giving away the trailer i had reserved.
Roy LThe office was so dirty like it was abandoned. The person that was there looked professional. I was hoping he wouldn’t ask for my credit card info. Thankfully it was handled over the phone. I would suggest them making the office clean and pick up the old mail that is all over the place.
Andrew HDouble check your address and make sure it has the correct address where you will return the U-Haul. My pick up U-Haul is a third party and knew very little and were very unprofessional. I recommend getting a U-Haul from a U-Haul big office an original where they give paper receipts and use actual computer
