I had a great experience. The owner helped me hook up the trailer and unhook the trailer. He was friendly and I’m overall satisfied. I would rent from here again.

I’ve used U haul services multiple times and it was mostly good but not at this store. The truck and the roads were completely covered with snow (from last week’s snow). The employee constantly told me to take the shovel and clear the road myself and clear the snow on the truck. This alone took 30 minutes which I wasted my rental time. I came to rent the truck not work here to clear the snow. Please refund the wasted rental cost.

We ordered a utility dolly and furniture pads and neither were in the truck. have not found any notification saying that they would not be included in the truck. Found out during the virtual pick up inspection.

I returned my truck at 5:30PM and it was dark outside, and the lighting in the parking lot is abysmal. One or two lights above the return area would be a great thing.
