Jeffrey WI was not informed correctly about the pre-trip pictures. I also did not realize I had to pay a dollar per mile. I only used the truck for four or 4 1/2 hours. I was charged nearly $200. It is what it is, but I think you need to inform the people who are renting from you a little better than what you did.
