The employee was "depressed". Did not greet, smile or even say hello. Attached to his personal phone/media. All ok maybe just coach him on customer service.

This is the second time in the last month that I have rented from this location. Again, everything worked smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend this location!
JOHN FGrimy truck with wires hanging under the dash. Traction control button falling out of the dash. No AC in the truck. I’ll stick to renting from U-Haul stores and not POS partners.
