The truck was in great condition. However, it had just rained and the truck was located on a muddy drive so my shoes got pretty muddy just to try and take pictures. I would recommend putting in stone if you're going to park the vehicles there. I did the mobile pick up which was a really bad experience. Getting the key was not an issue but it asked to take pictures of the truck and every time I took the picture and uploaded, it would never take the upload. I had a great signal and it took the first one but wouldn't allow the other pictures. I spent 15 minutes just trying to get pictures or click Skip. It finally allowed me to click Skip on some of it.
John H2nd experience with person at the desk. He very much acts like you are an inconvenience by walking in the building. Heavy sighs, unfriendly, acts annoyed when questions are asked and despite trying twice on 2 different days to call this business directly, he failed to answer our calls to simply modify the tome we were picking up the vehicle. We finally had to use online chat. Will ensure not to use THIS location again.
