Unfortunately when my worker went to drip off the truck the place was closed number one. 2) so since the place was closed my worker drop off tge truck and kept the key 3) next day my worker went to drop off the key and gave the key to a "woman" in that place Apparently this woman misplaced the key and now UHaul is charging me for the key? This is outreogeous! This such a bad customer service in that place in orlando. So dar my experience with UHaul has been very bad 3) also they charging me for gas? At the rental place in Ft Lauderdale they told 1/2 a tank is ok to return, you guys are charging me for gas 4) they also charging me for 1 EXTRA DAY? All this charges are not real. Very much disappointed with this rental experience This person at the drop off location in Orlando has the audicity to over charge me for something that never occurred.
