I’m not really sure why I ended up at this location??? I had a guaranteed reservation for ez-car car in Henderson when I booked this and the day before I left to got get my bronco it was sent 20 miles out of my way to pick tip here??? What is the use of the app saying it was the only place that had a guaranteed rental if I end up 20 miles away???!

Minnie JThe staff were very friendly , but the truck fuel level was so low that the low fuel light was on, had to immediatly put fuel in the truck. Upon completion , I was over charged milage. I always note the miles at pickup and drop off, I drove a total of 29 miles but was charged for 119 miles. I decided it wasn't worth pursuing because I didn't take a picture of the milage both times. Lessons learned.

cheryl hI would not recommend my dog to rent a truck from this location. He took extra money out of my account. The extra money he took off my card he added it to his store account plus he lied about the gas mileage and added extra fees in the end also

Novella BOne guy running a gas station. Place was filthy in the middle of nowhere, North Carolina. Place reeked of weed. He waited on other customers while performing my dispatch. I had to wait 20 min or so extra while he sold individual top wrapping papers. No bathrooms available, “just go behind the uhauls”. I asked him what trailer to hook up to to confirm, yet he still dispatched the wrong car dolly. Luckily uhauls automated text messaging system had me verify tag number before I left. I was not given any paperwork, only shown on his screen that he redispatched the correct car dolly. This was over three hours round trip off my path after I showed up to the previously uhaul recommended location to find that they were closed, talking to the after hours phone number, having her hang up on me, block my number and cancel my order. Horrible uhaul experience.

Gary SIt was on empty when I got it and I was charged for 30 hours when I brought it back in 3 hours later I have not received any emails or updates for a reduced amount charged for the use of the uhaul for 3 instead of 30 hours which 140.00 dollars hold was placed on my debit card please advise me what the actual charge is and it has advertised $19.95 a day for the cargo van so I don't know how I got charged for so much but I'm not doing any more business with uhaul

Jarrett LI rented a van for in town move. Our town is small. I couldn’t get the mobile stuff to work so I had to go inside. I was told, during the process “how many miles do you need?” I said only 20. He told me “well 66 is in here so I will leave it at that and the. You will get a credit in the end.” I did not use 66 but somehow that as the exact miles I was charged? Seems shady to me. I would like U-Haul to review. I feel a credit is due.

Alan BUhaul needs to give much more heads up about where the confirmed location is for pick up. I ended up having to drive an hour out of my way to do a Uhaul pick up which is ridiculous. The owner of Ingleside was very kind and this had nothing to do with him. Uhaul needs better planning and communication about pick up for it's customer. The app also was giving us the wrong information for pick up, loaded poorly, and kept crashing when dealing with pick up.
