The one thing we did not notice, however, was that the front windshield was dirty and only notice that when we were heading into the sun. Since we were already on a major road with little places to pull over we had to deal with that for a large portion of the trip.

Wilken M- The Inka Terra location in Stony Point and Stephanie were super great and convenient! - Prefer to receive a printed copy of the contract and not just emailed – and be asked to agree to a contract that I can't read! - The starting mileage was correct on my contract but starting fuel amount showed in the contract more fuel than was actually in the tank. - The pricing seems reasonable - Overall, all went very well! I'd certainly recommend and use them again!
George PMake sure there is someone at the location at the pickup time to assist customers. I never saw a person when I went to pick up my equipment.
CATHERINE DDoor seals were old and allowed air intrusion and noise which made the driving experience problematic.

Mary RVan/rental vehicle was available & everything was done very timely. The customer service was beyond exceptional & van was maintained but, interior of van could have been cleaner. Van needs a good interior vacuuming/sweeping. Exterior of van was clean.
