The UHaul app would not give me the six digit code to sign in which made me have to wait 20 minutes for a UHaul representative to arrive. When he arrived he wasn’t able to get me into the app to check in. Whatever software UHaul is using is not reliable.

It wasn't the location but the whole dropoff experience and 6+calls and emails to figure out how to finish the trailer drop off. Very poor app/call/email experience.
elizabeth mFriendly staff, but new. Just be prepared to do online pick up and not in person.
