I was not aware that choosing this location meant you had to do it ALL online yourself. Also, I had ordered in advance a dolly and furniture mover dolly, both of which were NOT included when I picked the truck up. Because this location requires it to be ALL online, the woman at the location (storage facility they contract with) was not able to assist. I called the 800# and was transferred twice before being told that I had to then go to a different location for the possibility of them having the 2 dolly's available. All this ON moving day!!! We went to the other location across town and they only had one of the two I had pre-ordered. I was charged for BOTH and have had NO apologies from anyone.

Although the employee working was very nice and U-haul customer service tried to help, the issue was the key was not left in the lockbox and was instead inside the building - which didnt open until 9:30 am, while our pickup time was 7:30 am. U-haul tried sending us to another location, but when we arrived it was also closed, so we ultimately ended up having to wait until this location opened to get the key.
Brittany FHad to upload my ID 4 times, I scheduled my pickup at another location and they changed my reservation without notifying me and I had to drive to another uhaul. Was very slow to Check in.
Christopher SThe staff at the Devon Self Storage was great, they were able to assist me with getting the uhaul truck. I kept getting the run around initially so that part was frustrating. I reserved my truck with Uhaul on international speedway and when I got there they told me that my reservation was sent somewhere else since they didn't haveva truck for me and I was not notice prior to going to get the truck.
