Although the employee working was very nice and U-haul customer service tried to help, the issue was the key was not left in the lockbox and was instead inside the building - which didnt open until 9:30 am, while our pickup time was 7:30 am. U-haul tried sending us to another location, but when we arrived it was also closed, so we ultimately ended up having to wait until this location opened to get the key.

Had to upload my ID 4 times, I scheduled my pickup at another location and they changed my reservation without notifying me and I had to drive to another uhaul. Was very slow to Check in.

I reserved my truck with Uhaul on international speedway and when I got there they told me that my reservation was sent somewhere else since they didn't haveva truck for me and I was not notice prior to going to get the truck.
