I would have to say the customer service was lacking at this location. I was scheduled for a 130pm pickup. I made it to the location and 136pm. The door sign said the location was open but no one was in the office amd the door was locked. I waited a couple minutes and then attempted to call the location and no one answered. So I called a nearby location to see if they could assist, they were also unable to get shold of anyone. At 2:05 no one has shown up so i had called the nearby location again to attempt to get help. As I was on the phone a car pulled up and a man got out. I asked him if he worked at this location and he quietly said yes and walked in the door. I hung up with the nearby location and walked inside. They're was no greeting, no apology for not being here, just short reservation questions, and then he handed me the keys and receipt. I thought it was very poor customer service, especially since it was a very hot day and I was stuck outside for 30 minutes with only the sliver of shade from a utility pole. I would think that if there is a reservation scheduled you would stay at the location until the pick up had occurred. The return of the truck was fine.
