The only improvement I can think of is the need for signage that clearly shows where the U-haul office is. Currently, when a customer gets to the parking lot, they have to guess or ask around, on where the neighborhood U-Haul office is. When I got there there was only one U-Haul truck parked in the huge parking lot. It was parked a bit further away from the office and I had to guess where the office was.
