It was difficult to drop off the Uhaul at that location! There was a difficult language barrier with personal and where he wanted us to park would have been difficult to turn around and back into! I requested another spot to unload and then we told him he needed a block or something under the tire so it wouldn’t roll away! In our opinion, They weren’t properly trained for receiving and directing returns of a Uhaul!! Thank you!
