Adam with Installers Storage & More was very helpful with my move. Adam sent a text quickly after my reservation, letting me know if i needed any help with the check in process he was there to help. This was a last minute reservation at this location. During the check-in process i did run into trouble with uploading pics of the truck to the app. I reached out to Adam and he helped me through the process to be able to check out the vehicle. This was a Sunday morning and had already spent 1.5 hrs trying to pickup a 26ft truck at a different location and couldn't. Adam took a very stressful situation and made it a great experience, i was already 1.5 hrs late for my scheduled pickup time, had friends scheduled to help move and a extremely tight timeline to make it all happen. Other than the hiccup with the system not taking my pics, which Adam submitted for me, the pickup and drop off process went well at this location, i will rent from Installers Storage and More again. Nothing but a positive experience dealing with Adam, the location was clean and well maintained, the truck a/c was excellent, it was 95 degrees with 80 percent humidity so that was a huge blessing.
