There was some support boards that went to a bed that was left in the back from the previous renter. I left them in the back where they were when I picked up the rental

Mobile renting is way more difficult than need be. No gas in truck and returning the truck was horrible. Had to call customer service to make sure everything went through correctly, which it didnt but she notated the account.
Kim MI live just 2 miles from a giant UHaul center (Grapevine on 121) but none of the software would let me return it there and I had to drive an additional 5 miles out of the way. Seems like that's an easy fix.

Erica Fweb site said open on Sunday 9am, but when I arrived it was closed all day. I wanted a managed location so I wouldn't have to go thru the arduous process of getting truck and keys. The truck was nice though once I was able to access.
