i spent 3 hours back and fourth on customer service. it was a horrible experience and i will not be using uhaul again. it was an absolute nightmare of a night to pick up a single item . was supposed to take only an hour and i was out for 4. 0/10 bro shit sucked

ANDREW PThis is the only UHaul office in my experience where they HAD to call my back-up contact to validate that I am who I am. This becomes a problem when you contact cannot be reached/does not pickup/cannot respond to a text. This is one unnecessary step that adds delay to the rental process. Having documented a backup contact/number should suffice
