The truck was covered in mud and then the trucks where park so closed together I could barely get in it and then there was no gas in it so after me putting gas in it and then when I drop off the truck I had to pay more for what I don’t get how I have to put gas in it to use it then when I drop it off just to be charged another fee

JONESE SJust need to spend a little time cleaning the inside of truck. Cup holder area seems to be a mess every time I get a truck here and I have to down time cleaning it myself.

James PI had to drive about 20 miles to this location because I rented the van in a Dunn, NC location but when I went to pick it up they did not have it. This cause problems because I had to cancel my husband's cardiologist appointment because of the time frame. Also when I picked up the van I had to pay extra, somewhere around $30 more that originally quoted and returned it on time with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up but I did not drive the total miles that I was charged. I will NEVER recommend this Dunn location again.

She charged me 220 dollars just for one day!! And then the other thing...I rented a truck the last day, I checked the gas and it was not totally full, so I returned it the same way it was, and they charged me 9 more dollars for that as well!! I think that's personal!!! I don't recommend this place unless they fire that white mean lady!!!

JUDY G | Overall ExperienceThe gas needle got stuck on the truck and I over filled the truck and when I first took the truck it was reading between 1/4 and 1/2. But as soon as I took off it dropped below a 1/4 tank. I’m very disappointed about the fact I had to put more gas than was necessary. Also the location needs WiFi because I was having a hard time submitting photos and getting the key when I picked up and dropped off.

ivan tEveryone at the location was very friendly and helpful. I will use them again if need and recommend them. I did report to staff that on Thursday morning 8/31/23 when I opened up the rear compartment to the truck there was water on the floor. It had rained the night before so there is a leak somewhere.

Tyler HI’d you don’t have the equipment reserved than you should either route the customer to another location where the equipment is available or not accept the reservation. I reserved a van and end up with a 12’ truck. More than I needed and cost me over $50 in gas when if I was provided with the equipment I reserved my additional costs for fuel would have been half. Then to add insult to injury, the uhaul place charged me for 7 gallons of gas at $39.95. Highway robbery. I’ve used uhaul service many times over the years and I have to say that I have never been more disappointed than I was with this rental.
