The app was more complicated than it needed to be. I was also unaware that if we did not come within 7 minutes of the scheduled after-hours pick-up time it canceled our reservation. The customer service line was very helpful, though, and reactivated it. I had put in an estimated time of pick-up, but that was all dependent on my ability to leave work on time, which is not a guarantee in healthcare.

STEVEN WI would not change a thing, representative Talia was awesome 👏 very personable, 💕caring, and her knowledge of her job drew me to that location. A little further away, but it was well worth the drive with the customer service experience that I received from Talia. She is truly an asset to her. employer. I told her if I’m ever in the area again which hopefully I will be able to see her and just stop by just to say hello thank you Talia for your beautiful talent and customer service you provide at 100% K.
Karen GTalia was amazing and made the checking in process extremely simple. The Uhaul location is not easy to find using gps, but once you find it it’s conveniently located to gas stations, the interstate and the restaurants. The Uhaul center itself is impressive. It’s a perfect example of what a Uhaul showroom would look like. Needless to say I was very impressed with the employees and the place.
