Staff were very polite and professional and the truck was clean. However the reservation kept automatically changing without my consent multiple times and kept changing my pick up location. Also the truck’s check engine light was on.

Richard OThe app was more complicated than it needed to be. I was also unaware that if we did not come within 7 minutes of the scheduled after-hours pick-up time it canceled our reservation. The customer service line was very helpful, though, and reactivated it. I had put in an estimated time of pick-up, but that was all dependent on my ability to leave work on time, which is not a guarantee in healthcare.
