Very easy and fluid to rent the 6x12 utility trailer and was very easy to return trailer to the store. Employee(s) was well-versed in the merits of the rental process and was very courteous.

truck was terrible. Rain came into the cab from the seat belt holder on the wall and my shirt was soaked. Back of truck interior leaked and several boxes were soaked. Steering was a challenge, was very loose. Not sure I would recommend anyone after this rental. Was very upset after driving 770 miles.

STEPHANIE RStaff were very polite and professional and the truck was clean. However the reservation kept automatically changing without my consent multiple times and kept changing my pick up location. Also the truck’s check engine light was on.
