The equipment had ripped tire straps and faulty lighting for the trailer. Three hours before I left the state of California, U-Haul had to send a tow truck to replace the unsafe straps.

David CU-haul is a side business for this place. Even though the place was open when I arrived, the woman that does the U-haul was running late and none of the other 5 or six employees could get me signed up. The U-haul online system they use in conjunction with the app were very very slow. It almost an hour from the time they opened to the time I was on the road. I was the only u-haul customer!

Arthur SNo one at the location deals with the uhaul rentals. No one in the office at this location knows anything about the rental process. She had to call someone who stated they were in LA , and was told to wait an indefinite period of time for him to do something on his phone. I had a 7am guaranteed pick up time. I did not finalize the process until 8:30am. Also the appliance dolly I had reserved was not available. Worst experience I have EVER had with uhaul. Do not rent from this place.
