I am terminally sick I just got new kidney i been waiting over 4 years for i payed for renta van about a month before emergency surgery but my card was still on file being charged they took the van from a private residents they claim it was blocking a drive way but it wasn't it had been three days even thow I was still being charged for every day they had the vehicle 4 days then charged me 650 for a simple tow that didn't need to be towed it was payed im moving in new apartments that was still being built an need weed expecting that prolonged me moving in either we hich way they call say I have three days to come get my things I ask how. Much do I have to pay to be in good standing he said 650 alone for tow I said I pay I need to keep till after hospital I have dialysis he would not take money I had my kids empty van. An he called as in Jason upset screaming then came got van even thow my car on file he took it then threw the remainder of my things out an charge my card almost 3 thousand dollars I need to talk to some one asap an grill

Main man was awesome.. The person I dealt with was hard to hear and never made eye contact. Lacked information as well as simple knowledge. Same person hooked up car hauler and failed to say anything when done, did not do a light check etc. And failed to hook up the emergency brake. Hauler was dirty and rusted ratchets, and missing chains and. I used my own straps for the rear and front of the vehicle. Only straps were the tire straps, and I had to spray them with wd40 and work to get them freed up. As a returning customer I have to say I was very displeased with paying for 2 days whe it was a one way trip with an exact # of miles. Other than that Im very pleased with the outcome considering I was able to haul vehicle home for my son. His first car.. I will continue to use u-haul in the future. I will be sure to check the location and reviews. All the years and thus is the first time this has happened with uhaul. Keep up the great work.. Thanks

CATHLEEN FThe mobile pickup and dropoff is my all time favorite. Works for my schedule and is so very easy to use. Van wasn't what I personally would call clean but it wasn't trashed either. It ran well and was very reliable. Wiper fluid was out which is quite dangerous in the winter, otherwise a great experience!

Mark DI reserved a 4x8 trailer. The wiring was not working when I arrived and I was forced to take a 5x8. Driving this bigger trailer over 1200 miles caused me significantly more in fuel costs. This could have been avoided if the trailer was maintained and checked in advance.

BO CI returned the truck with the EXACT amount of gas as when I picked it up, exact same placement of needle on gauge, yet they charged me for 2 gallons of gas.

RAMI MBoth the pick up and drop off locations where ultimately chosen based on their reviews and we were not disappointed. We dropped the truck off after hours so I never got the chance to met the staff. The truck was not hit, dinged or otherwise damaged in our travels and we had the fuel put back to the original level. I received an e-mail the next day with the final billing results showing zero. I haven't rented one for a few years so what I remember is without the APP. Nervously used it and when I placed the keys in the drop off box I actually said to myself, "that was super easy." Overall a great rental experience on both ends of our move. Thank you!

TAMMY SThe truck would not start when we got to our destination. We got a jump because it would be faster than contacting U-haul. The truck would not start after unloading it. A new battery was needed. I found this information online when determining if we should just get another jump. “For U-Haul customers with a dead battery, roadside assistance will dispatch a service provider to jumpstart the vehicle. The average time for this to occur can vary, but it's usually within a reasonable timeframe, as U-Haul aims to resolve such issues promptly. If the issue is more complex, like a battery replacement, the time could be longer, potentially a few days.” We got another jump. I wanted to stop for gas, but i would have to turn off the engine again. I texted with Roadside Assistance and he just referred me to a different Roadside Assistance. image0.jpeg It was too hot to wait AGAIN for help. Instead, I dropped it off at our drop-off point without getting the gas. You have charged too much for the missing gas. I would prefer if you switched out the battery and let me know so I can fill it myself.

Steven WWipe down inside of cab once in a while so it doesn’t smell or have dust all over dash. A/C in 15’ ft truck did not work.
DEEDRA REmployees were cordial. Truck rented was "clean" but had no functioning air conditioning or even a functional blower for air at all and per vehicle HUD it was at 0% oil life. This was a little concerning and I did not know this all until I was headed back to the drop off location. The gentleman behind the counter at drop of was very polite and courteous though and even though there was a little confusion in the am for pick up the guys at that time were also fairly nice
JUSTIN Awell one thing u can do is include tax on the uhaul app because when u reserve your truck the quote they give u online isnt the same quote or price its more that isnt cool

Jonathan RThe truck has transmission problems. From the time I drove it off the lot from Interstate Battery Center on 5/9/2025 until I returned it on 5/12/2025, the truck wouldn't run over 45 mph and the U joints would clunk. I expressed this concern several times to Customer Service and others, so there should be notes on this issue. What I failed to do was call when I first got the truck but it took so long doing all the preliminary paperwork via internet, that I was already behind schedule.
