My wife and I used both of our iPhone 15 Pro phones to make use of the scan and return app to no avail. I cannot imagine us to be the only two to experienced this. I would suggest offering a second alternative for your customers that return when you’re not open. It was very frustrating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe back of the truck was dirty with some trash in it and when it rained the truck leaked and got my mattress wet!
April MKinda dark and creepy at night. Plus the drop off wants pictures and it’s dark, so pics are crap.
Dan SDrop your hilariously high prices. I will not be returning after this previous experience and I have used uhaul for the last 10 years exclusively. You expect 1 moving day to lost 220$ in gas/truck costs for 40 miles and you give out a broken truck that makes it even more expensive due to not running properly? Guess I'll jam it all in the back of an express van I get from Enterprise next time.
FORREST NNo personal contact. Online return.
