The app did not work, and neither did the website. The location was great, but everything about the uhaul experience was bad.

Dennis EThe truck was poorly maintained on acquisition break and engine warnings started going off almost immediately once the truck was in motion. It was clear the breaks were more than worn through and made me unsure of the vehicles ability to break in the occurrence of an emergency. Thankfully we did not have to travel too far. I expected better maintenance of these vehicles from such a widespread and well known company.
Faith G***Be aware*** This summer they have been telling everyone we are over booked and we don't have that size of truck you booked. But we have the next size available for a slightly higher price.
