It took me over an hour to access the vehicle Frustrating Infuriating unpleasant unacceptable

BRUCE TComputer was incredibly slow delaying the employee's ability to get transactions completed.
DOUGLAS RPersonnel at this location was unwilling to assist with gas gauge issue and insisted that I was charged an additional $27.50 for gas when I returned the truck with more gas than it has when it was rented.
