I was in need of an enclose space to pick up furniture like asap. And everything was closed. So the mobile pickup made it really convenient to pick up and drop off. Never done it before on the phone but it was like 20/10 for a first time user. Really enjoyed how easy it was. No complaints from me
Garin HFix the horn n the van other than that it was fine. A odor and looks like dog hair. Horn is needed in all vehicles.
