How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pickup took 40 minutes because the app was so poorly made which cut into my rental time. When you try to add the pre pickup photos the app glitches and wont add them unless you go back a page. The truck was damaged and I got charged for the damage even though it was prior to my pickup. I later got the charged dropped but that is just more work I had to put into an already poor experience. The damage report was not detailed so I had to call around to find out more details. Prior to getting my charges dropped, I tried to assist my friend with a pickup and he got denied and the workers were unhelpful with their explanation and provided alternative options. The whole experience was a big pain in the ass and I am looking forward to trying out a different rental service in the future.
