Was supposed to pick up the trailer at 11am and nobody was there at the business. Once the lady arrived she seemed overwhelmed and offered no help at all with the process outside. The trailer was parked behind several trucks and was impossible to load by myself, had to ask another customer who was waiting for his rental to assist me in moving and connecting the trailer. The trailer was dirty inside and two of the running lights were not working.

Honestly, I thought I was going to get a refund! They gave me a trailer with two tires in bad shape! One blew out on the road, and the other vibrated the whole trip!! I lost hours of travel time because of the tire that blew out and the other one that kept vibrating.
