Thank you Iowa Dent Solutions in Bevington,Iowa. I had original rental in Winterset, Iowa for July 3rd at 3pm. I had traveled from Iowa City to Winterset for a one way rental. I reserved the trailer over a week ahead of time on the U-Haul site, I had a reservation number and address for the Winterset site......we arrived, NO ONE in sight, NO ONE answered the phone. Trailers in the lot. So after 45 min we gave up and began searching for another site. Brandon Walker with Iowa Dent was located about 20 min away was friendly, SO VERY kind and helpful. He was able to get us set up with a trailer. I was very thankful as had traveled quite a distance to move some furniture. Excellent shout out to Brandon Walker and his team, very frustrated with U-Haul for allowing me to rent from a site that was CLOSED and out of business. I have contacted Customer service with u-haul and still waiting for a response. Again, THANK YOU Brandon and Iowa Dent, excellent service.
