I was promised a 15 foot moving truck with a dolly and blankets but due to the manager being out on a medical/family emergency, that truck was given away and so there was no Dolly or moving blankets. That was a little bit frustrating to me as I needed a dolly.
Nancy NThe drop off was keypad gate entry. This information should be known, to include the gate code AT RESERVATION! I spent about 30 mins in a dangerous spot trying to get it. I was burning fuel also while trying to figure it out. Luckily Eric through live chat was able to help me out. The website interface is horrible. I was practically forced to download the app. The add on options are aggressive and excessive. There should be an option to skip all the extras.
CHRIS CThe self-serve process needs to be audited. The app told me to go into the office to receive a lockbox code for the key when the office was closed, which resulted in several different phone calls between myself and different personnel at U-Haul and the specific location in order to give me the code to the lockbox. Also, the app process would not give me the gate code to get in on checkout. Lots of process issues.
