Pickup location service was great, staff was friendly and quick about getting me on my way. The UHaul customer service was absolutely unacceptable, I ordered a truck that was supposedly available, the next day I was called by the Uhaul customer service to let me know that the truck I ordered is not available at the location I set it up but is approx 120miles away. They gave me 100 free miles and said that was the best they could do. I had to go 4 hours out of my way just to pick up the truck. When I called to ask if a larger truck was available in my vicinity, the rep was overtly rude and told me I called on too short of notice (24 hours not being enough). I ended up having to get the truck as all my hotel reservations and such were booked after I booked the original Uhaul truck in my area. There was an extreme lack of quality customer service, I will avoid Uhaul at all costs and tell others to do the same. There are many quality truck rental agencies that will give much more courtesy and no one deserves to get treated in this manner.BRADLEY B.
I dropped off the truck on the weekend and the building was closed but It had a box to drop off the key which is fine. It would be nice to have a trashcan available so we can throw out our water bottles etc.JAN T.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up. When I returned the truck, I returned it with the same fuel level and this location is trying to charge me for fuel! They are lying! I have never had this issue with U-Haul before, so I will not be using this location ever again if I use U-haul at all!Robert C.

Even though I checked in when employees were going home they stopped and took care of me. It took over two days to pick up the towing dolly, get it home and successfully hook up both vehicles - driveway very confining - but I was amazed at how stable the rig was on the highway. I drove at the speed limit for 500 miles and crossed 3 mountain passes ( one in snow and ice in the dark) and could not tell I was towing anything. Hats off to the design department.jim G.

It would have been much more convenient if the tow dolly and the truck were at the same location. Iron Horse Towing was considerably far out of the way. The trailer they loaded was not adequately ran through to ensure all working parts. We loaded up truck and did a safety run with tow dolly and found the driver side rear tail light was out on the dolly. Seemed like something easily avoidable. The front desk man who helped us at Iron Horse Towing was respectful, knowledgeable and made note of the tail light once I called.allison S.
Like most things in Montana. this facility was staffed by extremely friendly and helpful individuals. They kindly offered me a short. ride home in a company vehicle in lieu of having me wait for a driving service. I was impressed and will definitely rent from this facility again. I was charged for an extra months rent. This was not correct. It took many phone calls to get this resolved. This site did not have dual box trailers. Since my home was 60 miles away this would have been useful.ben M.
There were multiple issues with my rental of 4 u-boxes: 1. Tried to make a charge card change during the rental period and Iron Horse Towing Inc. was incompetent in completing this request, even after talking to the manager they were unable to complete this task. 2. I was charged for the full month of the storage of my u-boxes, but they were only in the storage for 10 days. I was charged for the month on 9/26/2017 and we had the u-boxes delivered to our residences on 10/03/2017 and then had Iron Horse Towing pick up the empty u-boxes on 10/05/2017. I feel that it is ridiculous that we were charged for the entire month instead of only being charged for the 10 days that were actually used.Deann D.

The write up of the rental agreement took way too long for something as simple as this. U-Haul rental is not a priority for them and it is a fill when business is slow and it shows as well. With the snow and ice on the ground, no one was there to hook up the trailer, I had to do it myself; which makes me think that this could be a liability issue in the future. They carried no tie down supplies or electrical supplies. I would never go there again or recommend them to anyone.GEORGE T.

My problem is I paid when I phoned the 1-800 number at 11am roughly. Someone there took my credit card number. Another person Daniel Burrell was supposed to be able to pick up the trailer. He went a couple times after I paid and was told it wasn't paid for. Bear in mind I'm driving in and out of Mountains on my way to a supposedly coordinated pickup of a loaded trailer from Daniel, with time of the essence so I can get back across the border into Canada before it closes at midnight. So I phoned 1-800 to ask why I'd paid at 11am and now at 2.30pm Iron Horses end showed it wasn't paid. I asked the woman to please call Iron Horse and advise it was paid. She wouldn't do it, she said it was paid and Iron Horse should dispatch the trailer. No matter hom many times I explained Iron Horses records showed it wasn't paid and they couldn't dispatch it, and Daniel had been there three times to pick it up,she wouldn't listen to what I was saying. I have never talked to someone who is supposed to help and solve problems that was more dense and and ignorant to what I was saying than that woman. She was zero help. It was like talking to a fence post. So I had to call Iron Horse back and they called your 1-800 number to find out if it was paid. And it was but someone at your head office was trying to charge $75 more than the agreed to roughly $136 so Iron Horse spent 20 minutes arguing about this unauthorized by me additional $75 to get it deleted. Which Iron horse did. I would absolutely use Iron Horse, and Jolly Jack again but my fear of ever having to deal with someone as dense as the woman from your 1-800 number again might preclude me from using U-Haul.JIM F.

The original drop off point was blocked personnel could care less. Took the trailer to another Uhaul store they didn't want to accept the trailer said they didn't have room wouldn't help charged extra in the end and was very rude.CLARK K.

Had to stop when it started getting dark when we realized none of the lights were working on the trailer!!! Very dangerous to send a piece of equipment out like this. Had to get a hotel for the night. Cost an extra $100 that I'm hopeful uhaul will reimburse!PAM W.

We were charged an additional day of service even though we dropped the truck off on time and also charged for a dolly we never recieved. When I called the office the lady told me she would make sure to correct that and still charged our account any ways. I had to contact the corporate office to get our money credited back because I was told she would get around to it in the next few days.SHAUN D.

The people at the drop off location were most helpful considering that I had received an e-mail stating that my del location had been confirmed. And yet they were never informed of my coming. I will be more than happy to work with them in the future. I'm just not sure I will be able to work with U-Hauls website until I know that U-Haul is actually using it.SCOTT S.

I had a 6 day contract with two extra days allowed. To me that means that I would have the equipment for 8 days for the original price of the contract. When I turned the equipment in, 1 day late, I was charged for 3 additional days for the truck, 3 additional days for the trailer, 3 additional days of insurance for both pieces of equipment and $9.84 for rental tax. How was a tax incurred when I paid the additional funds in Montana, a "no sales tax" state??? Being charged the additional money would have been reasonable for 1 additional day not three because I had 8 days on the original contract. $255.84 should have been $84.00!!!!!JIM S.
