pick up was very fast and easy. attendant was very friendly and good to work with.
NANCY PI was supposed to pick up at a location on Montana St. because I was taking the bus. I had to take a Lyft because the location was changed without my approval.
Laura AMy truck broke down 30 Minutes into a 24 hour drive. We spent all day on the highway waiting for different tow trucks and then had to move all our stuff to a new truck in a dark parking lot in the ghetto and 2 am. Unacceptable. Never again will I give them a single dollar. Uhaul isTERRIBLE
