Very professional and helpful.
STEVEN SI have no problems with the Ironbound location. However, customer service/traffic needs some help. I have been renting cargo vans for my business for roughly a year and a half now, most of the time from the Ironbound location. Usually, about a day or two beforehand, I get a call from customer service saying the location won't open until later, and they try to move my pickup to a later time or to a different location. I need to pick up the van earlier in the morning to get to the different markets I go to. One of the reasons I like the Ironbound location is that they offer 24-hour pickup and drop-off, as they have a key box outside. Yet somehow, for the last year or so, customer service has not known this and keeps trying to move my location. Also, after all this time of always picking up early morning through the phone app, I got a call this past week saying they don't allow vans to be picked up via the app. Thankfully, I had no problems this past weekend. I'm not sure if it's a matter of training or what, but customer service needs to learn your products and the locations they service.

Leif WI misinterpreted the fees and charges and the company did not explain them in any way. I expected to pay the advertised rental rate with taxes, but the very steep mileage charge more than tripled the overall costs— so the unexpected charge will mean I will not use or recommend this company in the future.

CATRELL OTruck had several maintenance issues: driver door was damaged and looked like someone had tried to break into vehicle. Because of the door there was a great deal of outside noise and rain leaked into the vehicle. There was also rain that leaked into the storage area and much of my furniture and rugs were wet when I arrived at my destination.

Greg PThe price was a shock. I secured my reservation online but was not aware that milage was 1.29 per mile. I thought I was spends only 40 plus gas for the 19.99 truck but ended up spending 174.00 and I only had the truck 4 hours. I was not happy with that. The customer service was great 👍 and she was really nice.
