I have no problem with the rental location; they are always great and easy to work with. My problem is with customer service or dispatch. I have been renting vans from this location for almost two years now. For this rental, I received a call the day before saying vans cannot be picked up via the phone app, and they changed my reservation to the location's opening time at 12, even though my pickup was for 530. This is for my business, and I have been picking up vans all this time using my phone; it even says on the side of the van that you can pick it up via the phone app. Also, this location offers 24-hour pickup and drop-off. Please educate your customer service team on what options you actually support so they stop changing my reservations. I need the van picked up that early, as I have to make it to shows to sell my product; that is one reason I chose this location, since I can pick it up early. It has improved the last few months, but seems they are back at it again.
