Gary SThe onsite agent was very helpful
John GTruck was clean. We had to get a jump start several times on our trip. Not a reflection on the location but U-Haul customer support was terrible. I asked if there was a U-Haul dealer or place we could take it to get the battery replaced and was told we had to take it to the location we received the truck. I asked if we could trade the truck out somewhere on our route and was told that we would be charged a large fee if we swapped out the broken truck for a working one. I asked how can I fill it with fuel if I can not turn the truck off and got a smart ass reply letting me know there is a $350.00 fee if I run out of gas. Not sure if it was A.I. responses or if it was a really crappy employee of U-Haul. We felt completely on our own with NO support.
