This was as easy and streamlined a process as it could be!! I picked up my truck which was ready and waiting at 7am using the mobile app. Easy peasy. When I retuned it, it was a simple drop off to a very nice man in the office. Best u haul experience ever.

Teddy BLady at the front counter was very helpful on our return of the vehicle, even though the store should’ve been closed when we got there. She was very courteous and helpful and you could see that she had a long day and she was tired. Still under those circumstances, she went out of her way to help us out. Highly recommend recommended.
