Spacious parking lot made for easy trailer drop off. Super nice having a jack readily available to unhitch the trailer after a long day driving and unloading!

Paulene DI was skeptic, but trailer I was to use became an issue at 11th hour. I went on line, filled out the questions and called to confirm at my pickup point. Ted with Ironwood Antiques answered questions I had, truck was ready to go at the time we agreed on. Dollar amount was accurate, truck cab was clean, enclosed part of truck was clean. It was a great experience, it was well within budget I would certainly use this operation of U-Haul again. Being in the equipment rental industry for over 3 decades I was very impressed with my experience. Great Job Ted!

JUSTIN SWaited 45 minutes for the owner to come and complete the transaction so I could hookup only to find out I needed a smaller ball which I could have gone and gotten during the 45 minute wait, but by that time it was too late as I had to meet movers. Fortunately I had planned extra time or the result would have been even worse. I ended up having to purchase a three-way ball ( which I didn’t need) on the spot.
