There is no trailer jack on your trailers. Pathetic. I have to use my own bottle jack and support so I don't break my back. Your employee couldn't lift the tongue. I didnt know I would have to lift it because he couldnt.timothy H.
My issues were: the truck itself drove worse than any moving truck I have ever used and when I had mechanical issues mid trip, U-Haul told me, and I quote " just keep driving it, you should make your destination ok". That was after sitting on the side of the highway with my family for over 2 hours. This will definitely be the last time I use U-Haul.Andrew C.

We reserved the truck in Aberdeen SD then we had to go to Huron SD to pick it up. We feel you should have gotten the truck from Huron and brought it to Aberdeen. This was a lot of extra traveling for us.gary A.

Was charged an after hours service fee when there was no service for anything.DARYL R.
Windshield was very dirty. They did not have our requested bundles of pads we reserved. But they did refund us that amount. Then when they opened up the truck they discovered 6 pads and an extra dolly. They need to do a better job of checking their trucks and other equipment.Brian K.

Be polite and don't expect a 66 year old woman to unhitch and lift the trailer off the hitch by herself. When asked if there was someone to help was told "no just pull it around and unhook it." I dropped the truck off an *entire day early*, during business hours, checked it in online, and even called the store to confirm. The lady was nice on the phone. But then I was charged an after-hours return fee. Ridiculous.Kelsey K.

Upon arrival to the pick up location, the trailer had 4' inches of snow and about 2 to 3" of solid ice. The tie downs were unreachable due to the ice. When we ask them to help us with the snow they refused, they said that is our responsibility. The tire pressure on the trailer when we picked it up was 15PSI in the driver side tire and 40PSI in the passenger side tire. The driver tire was visibly nearly flat. The trailer was not ready nor maintained. The employees at the pick up location did not have a helpful attitude.Zanelynn C.
