Reserved a truck a month in advance. Then was called the day before amd told i had to drive 80 miles each way that day to get truck if I wanted one within the next 30 days. Once I got there there was no one at the facility to rent the truck. Had to take 4 hours off of work costing me $300 on top of the full price they charged me for the truck pluse the $100 for the gas to drive there and back. Then tried to charge me the extra milage for picking up the truck and to add fule to it. Absolutely horrible experience

I had no human interaction at this location. Mobile drop off
CALICO HThere were no instructions as to how to leave the truck or where. I called the number but there was no answer and the voicemail gave a different phone number. I called back 15 minutes later and someone answered, but having instructions somewhere would be helpful.
