Laura CYour pickup process and return makes the overall experience 0. I’d avoid using your service just because of that. You’re asking so much info so many times over! Why if you scan driver license you ask to re-enter all info again. Same with addresses. Why you can’t automate reading mileage and fuel!? Why why why??? All these waste my time. I literally spent more time picking up car that actually moving things!!

LAVIUS DManager was so lazy didn’t want to come out side to inspect the vehicle after I had dropped it off. The van had less then a quarter of a tank of gas in it when I picked it up. do yourself a favor do not rent from this location . Go someplace else where they appreciate your business. .

LAWRENCE FI called for a few minutes extension. They told me no it was already booked that’s wrong because you know sometimes people run into problems. They charged me $50 because they told me I was past the time and it was like 10 minutes later, they said no $50. And I might as well rented another day so I had to I was already charged. I would never rent with you again. I’m always running into a problem with you all.

ROJEANA CI was disappointed the Place I reserved the truck didn't have it on the morning I had to drive to another place which they had it. the place said they would have it no problem but made me go out of my way and I was on a time line...The place i was sent to was great the one I reserved it never go there again
THOMAS LIf a customer arrives 10 minutes before opening and there is a Van sitting right outside that I requested. They shouldn't make them wait 10 minutes until they open. They should service him right away. They said to me. We don't open until 9 AM because some trucks are returned at that time. Understandable. But when there's a Van sitting outside when that was mentioned and that's the one they give me it's unacceptable.

Ilan RA 10' Truck and dolly was rented and used for only 9 hours and returned the same day at afterhours. We returned the key in the dropoff box as instructed but we were charged for two days anyway. We have called and spoken to the manager but she refused to believe us that we actually returned the truck the same night. Security cameras will easily confirm the drop-off date and time but manager refused anyway. This is terrible customer service. Do not return equipment here when the office is closed or they will charge you for an additional day!

Exavier FI only drove 6 to 8 miles and I was charged for 43 miles. To me this is stealing. I needed the truck from my house 2o3 st and 11th Ave to the dump on Ives dairy and 441. I returned the truck back in one hour. I will call her tomorrow.

Ilan RDoing a self checking/checkout was very time consuming. We also had a difficult time finding the gas tank on the van. A heads up need to given for secondary verification because you couldn’t check in til you reached the pick up point and the secondary verification docs were at home because we obviously weren’t aware until we almost through the check in process. Fortunately we were able to call someone who didn’t pick up after two tries but eventually called us back and we were able to give a heads up to expect a verification call. Everything took way longer than expected. The continue button on the app for check in was sometimes very slow. Not sure I Would opt to do it again.
Leona Bthe worker that greeted me was nice and i had no complaints with that service, but she didn't do a walk around with the car and before i even saw the car i signed the gas meter paper. i was already late to start moving so i thought nothing of it . when i started driving i realized that the gas was not at where it was listed it was barely above half a tank. when i went to fill the tank before returning it i placed 25 dollars or gas and the tank meter did not move one inch. as well as the transmission also being bad on the truck. i would not recommend this location to no-one. i ended up paying almost 200 dollars for a 5 hour rental. never again.
