There were no issues with this drop-off location. In fact, the woman who attended to us was very sweet and patient as we (without knowing), dropped the rental off 5 minutes before this location closed. Prior to heading to the location, we placed gas in the truck. When the woman at the location checked the gas dial, it was not up to the 7/8ths refill level agreed to when I rented the truck so more gas was placed in the truck as the gas station was on the same street as the drop off location. We returned to the location and the dial showed less gas than what we had left the station with...right down the street on the same block just under a minute prior. As 7/8ths was the requirement, we went back, placed more gas and returned. AGAIN, the gas dial reflected that no gas was placed in the truck pass the 3/4ths mark. However, when we left the gas station, the dial was WAY over 3/4ths. We asked the woman to drive the truck off of the incline and onto leveled ground, no change. We returned to the gas station and added more gas to the tank (twice). The first time, the gas dial showed well over 3/4ths but not 7/8ths. We then for the final time added more gas and the dial went well over 7/8ths. Add more money, get more gas. Seems simple enough. However, for ALL the trips to the gas station RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD THAT WE MADE, AND THE DIAL STIL REMAINED AT 3/4THS, ONLY TO SHOOT UP WELL OVER FULL, leads me to believe the gas dial has been tampered with as this truck seems virtually new at a little over 26k miles. This is not right. I spent a very large amount of money with Uhaul during this move and I am very disappointed in your business practice. This is unethical, immoral, and if the purpose of business is to make money, as a corporation, you should not be cheating people out of their hard-earned monies to make your money. Instead, make the experience so folks WANT to come back and spend thousands of dollars with your company. This "CLEARLY tampered with gas dial" is similar to how Apple deliberately slows down previous iPhone models so people are forced to purchase their new products. Only with Uhaul, it is: add more money till the tank reaches 3/4ths, add money THREE MORE TIMES only for the dial to slightly move pass 3/4ths followed by, instead of returning a truck with 7/8ths gas AS I AGREED AND SIGNED TO IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY FINAL FEES, the gas dial goes WAY pass full. DO I GET A REFUND FOR THE COST OF THE EXTRA GAS AT THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT? It's been wonderful sharing my unpleasant experience after all else went well with Uhaul. Had this tampered gas dial issue not happen, I would have gladly given 10s across the board if such as option was available. I was so upset that I asked the woman for your customer service number as I was indeed going to make customer complaint call. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I returned the 10' truck I rented after closing hours on Thursday 6/14/18 as agreed upon rental. Since it was after hours I had to drop the keys in the door slot. I received the receipt via email for this rental Friday morning and it included an $8.50 fuel charge although I returned the truck with almost 1/8 MORE gas than when I received it. I have been trying to call customer service for days and I either keep getting transfered with no solution or sit on hold till I eventually have something else to do and am forced to hang up and try again later. I am currently waiting for a response to the customer service number, 17 minutes and 14 seconds waiting so far. For an $8.50 refund that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. :( This is ridiculous..

24 hour mobile pick up worked great! Only issue was that we requested (and therefore paid) for furniture blankets which were not physically with the rental when we picked up during after hours.

I was told I had 24 hours to return the equipment for the 19.95 fee for the truck and 7 for the dolly. When I returned the equipment on line it is charging me for a double pay period. This is not what I was told I would be charged and I do not agree with these charges.

I was waiting for an hour for the agent to come to the office from the back,then he said he have to wait for Maria to close my contract and they will call me ,he close it after I left and over charged me,I call a few times,and every time they said that they are busy and they will call me back,I’m very disappointed and no one call me yet.
