I don't have a problem with the location. I have a problem with the fact that uhaul offers dollies that don't have. I requested dollies and pads and just the day before I was told that you don't have them and that uhaul was assigning a different location that BTW didn't have them either. The person at the location is very friendly. This is a corporate issue that it's not the first time that happens to me. It's pretty much every time. Trucks are not new but I can deal with it. I'm just renting them for local trips.
