We were thrilled to be able to drop off at this location with the horrible service at the pick up location it was nice to see someone knew what they were doing and showed that they were listening to our concerns. Every single uhaul rep I talked to from the days leading up to pick up day all the way to the night of drop off told me something different and no one let me speak with a manager even after it was requested multiple times! Thank goodness for ending on a good note with Ivey collision center!TRACEY S.

This store overcharged me and when the error was caught, we were told it was the corporate office's problem, then the corporate office sent me an apology letter and promised to refund the overcharge. Never got the overcharge but did get MORE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD... WOW, WHAT THEIVES! Talked to the corporate office once more and got all kinds of, we'll call you back and take care of the problem, promise... YEAH RIGHT!Elizabeth G.

The first dolly I rented did not have the locking mechanism on the ramp causing it to release several times on the drive to my home. I called Christy and she asked me to bring it back and swap it for another. It dud throw a two hour hiccup in my day, but they handled it wonderfully.Connie B.

There is not enough cell service to use the app properly. The box is not set up so there was a padlock on the back of the vehicle. the padlock was very difficult to open and we were given the wrong combination the first time. Location had hours with Uhaul listed as open. Was closed.Jennifer R B.

This was not our place of pick up. When we got to the original place the guy was very rude and said his truck was broke. We had to drive 20 miles away to get our truck and then was charged for a 26' when we reserved at 17'. I've tried to call customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes without anyone answering. Very disappointed and want a refuned for the over charged.Mike P.

Are truck had a lot of ants in it witch we didn't know tell we were already on the road me and my company were getting bite the hole way durning are move when I dropped the truck off two days early I was told I would get a credit and I told the man that we had ants and was not a good drive he brushed me off and didn't lesson and I fault like I was rushed and no one cared about the ants or us very bad experiencetrevor W.

Uhaul reservations system has much to desired or said another way is not customer friendly. I made the reservation via the 800 no. I requested a truck in Milledgeville, Ga. I was told that the size truck was not available. Because Uhaul did not have a local truck I had to pay $ 54 at $.99 per mile in mileage fee before I even opened the door to load a toothpick of furniture. Unless this policy is changed I'll never rent a Uhaul truck to accomodate your company's shortcoming of getting me the equipment that I need from your convenient dealer network. It doesn't help the individual to have a dealer in the neighborhood if you want get him the equipment needed. I can look for alternatives. Your contact form, really!! You sure want to be accomodated. Have heard of PDF or esign or other customer friendly products? You get a customer rating of 1. Equipment and dealer rating of 9.ron H.

This was a terrible experience. I had to drive a hour away to pick up the truck and an hour back. Then the truck broke down and I was stuck for hours. Because there was no power steering, I could not hook up the trailer and had to leave my second car. I then had to drive 6 hours back to get that car. In all I had to drive over 400 miles and waist countless hours because of U-hall's ineptitude.MATTHEW C.

I have no qualms with either Ivey's U-Haul service (Ivey, GA) or Hulsey's U-Haul service (Cornelia, GA). I do have a problem with Gray Highway U-Haul service (Macon, GA), the original U-Haul service center contracted for my business. Apparently every truck at that location was presumably a "local" rather than "one-way" truck. That was a bit hard to believe based on the plethora of trucks at that location. It seems as if they did not want to honor the U-Haul contract by providing an available truck of larger size. Rather they had us drive 50 miles out of our way to pick up a larger truck from a distant site willing to accept the price difference (Ivey's U-Haul service). Each center should have more than one truck available for "one-way" travel.HENRY E. Y.
Ivey is just to far to go for a rental truck; only reason I went there was because I was in a time crunch. 50+ miles to get the truck, wife had to take me there, burning twice as much fuel & my time; adding another 3 and half hours to my day.Byron B.
