Although I was at the location the U-Haul app did not recognize it and made the pick up process by phone very frustrating and took almost an hour. I would not recommend this location for pick up using the app.
Brandy FCall customer incase of a change at drop off location. We requested a nearby location for drop off. Instead we had to travel an hour out to drop uhaul off. Very inconvenient.
