you moved my location 26 miles away from the location of my reservation. this required a 1 hour round trip to even get to where the truck was. this cost 52 miles in gas for one vehicle (~$30 in gas) and set back our schedule for the day by 2+ hours. the 24/7 app reservation was terrible and unusable. my contract sat in review for 15 minutes. the location had limited cell service and uploading the pictures of the truck's damage failed multiple times. the entire process took 45+ mins.jarrad G.

This Uhaul location compounded the horrible experience with the last one by saying they were going to help me,and were quite courteous to me initially, however when I left they overcharged my debit card changed the details of my contract and double charged my card for an extra day as well as late return, and insurance, not to mention an additional charge for something the call, "wrongful destination return"...... I feel quite taken advantage of and feel I deserve an apology as well as a refund! Moving is hard enough without these sort of misdealings!TIFFANY M.

For me the location was an hour out of my way. when i made the reservation i chose a local pick up and did not find out till the afternoon before pickup that i was having to drive an hour to pick it up. U haul did give me a discount for the incovenience but if i had know in advance i would of chose another avenue. As far as the equipment being maintained i had an enclosed trailer because i was moving furniture, the roof on the trailer leaked water and soaked 2 sets of mattresses. everything in the trailer was wet. what was the use in having an enclosed trailer. In their contract they cover themselves from being responsible by saying they are water resistant not water proof. this trailer had very little water resitatance from what i saw.MARK C.

The said they would call after they fixed the "mileage" problem that the pick-up location made a mistake with, but the never called. We had a blow-out along the way to our destination and we were told it would take 2 hours to have some come and help us, this was unacceptable especially since we were traveling with a small child!RUSS E.

The owner of this location had a very poor attitude and it appears that the location was infact close on May 25 which I asked the reservationist several times prior to booking the reservation. He stated that if the location was going to be closed, it would had indicated this information. The owner/representative of Uhaul did not hide the fact that I was disturbing him. This was a very unfortunate and distasteful experience. Places that wants to utilize the Uhaul brand should also represent at least fair services.
