Our entire experience included 4 stores, bad attitudes. Employees that had no idea what they were doing. Charges different than what was quoted, discount offers not honored. It was the most stressful experience we have ever had in our 4 years using uhaul for mive in and out of college dorms.

I was told I would be able to drop off my rental at my nearest u-haul location, and when I got there I was told I had to drop it off where i picked it up. Very disappointed. Ended up paying double

This location is a joke. I was told I could not have a paper receipt because he did not have a printer. He did not go over how to use this trailer or how to hook it up. (I do know how to use a trailer with ramps, but thought he should at least go over it). I watched him hook it up and he missed a few steps. (trailer brakes and lock pin). I mentioned this to him but he told me it wasn't necessary. I was also told that I could return the trailer at ANY location that was convenient for me. I double checked at another U-Haul location (there were no straps provided with the trailer because he had no room for supplies) and was told that if it was not brought back to him I would have been charged over $200! When I returned the trailer later that day, it was never inspected. I was told I did not have to sign anything and again, received no paperwork. I had to call U-Haul the next day only to find out that it was not checked in yet. The district manager had to be contacted for that to happen.

If you rent from this place BEWARE.. the guys that rents the equipment will sneak a bunch of extra charges onto you rental. I went in with a pre done rental and when I went to return trailer I had a bunch of charges on it. Dolly furniture pad cleaning fee and insurance. None of which I asked for upon checking in. Plus trailer was spotless when I returned it.
