I didn’t get the message that the transaction is set to auto pickup. Would’ve been nice to know. Otherwise, the pickup would’ve been great.

The online check in was terrible. I did not have a dolly as requested. I had to go to another u-haul office to rent one. The building was hard to find.

The truck had a check engine light on and the fuel cap light on. I did not receive my furniture blankets!! He pulled the dollys from his yard, dirty dollys. I had to go with this cause he didn’t arrive to give me the truck almost 9am when I was supposed to get the truck at 8am, I had movers that arrived at 8:30am, so I didn’t have time for anything else!! It was just a horrible experience!!

Terrible experience! Contactless pick up was terrible because it took over an hour and the customer service phone lines have long waits and had extremely rude staff that hung up on us twice while trying to pick up the truck. This was the worst service I have ever had with U haul . On too of all of this, they over charged me.

Gas was not at level that it was suppose to be when I picked up truck. It was almost on empty. The dolly and bag was loose it was not tied down and I believe I was overcharged.

This location was perfect for me. Any problems that I experienced occurred because I did not have a telephone with data. I was able to complete the contract through the use of a friend's telephone.

The location was very dirty and it seem like it was being ran out of someone's house. When we got there the person couldn't find my reservation and then I was charged more than I was quoted. Then when the person got through with my information he couldn't find the keys to the truck

It smelled disgusting. It was very messy. It was a house with a uhaul truck and a office in the back that I was scared to go into. The man was nice but it smelled horrible inside the office and there was junk everywhere.

The location smells of fecal matter and urine. The operator is not very friendly.

It is like walking into a halfway house. Shelves of diapers everywhere. Had to drive through mud to get to the trailer that was stored on the front lawn. Sidewalk to the front door was blocked by a pallet of chemicals. I rented a 4 by 8 foot enclosed trailer. Every time I tried to call to verify the reservation, a fax machine picked up the phone. Finally, an e-mail was sent to me to say they had the van ready for me. What, I did not rent a van? I would suggest U-haul to pull the contract from this facility.

This was one of the worst uhaul rental Experience i have ever had. I had to wait for about 55 min to get the uhaul. Uhaul rep was late and when he arrived was on the phone! Then he was doing our paperwork did not know what he was doing in the computer to pull up my reservation and get things done properly. I scheduled the truck the night before and put the drop off location as somewhere else,not where i picked the truck up from. We told him this so many times and he said ok it is fine we can drop it where we want and now i have been charged around $170 more than suppose to! Moving is already stressful. I am a single parent of two toddlers and i need all my money. Just as anyone would. If it wasn't for my family i would have left and tried another place for a truck because of his customer service and poor knowledge of the system.
