Service was the best. Equipment was like new! This is the best Uhaul I have ever used and I have used Uhaul many many times in many different cities. Don't use anyone else.

gordon rSuper disappointed with our U-Haul experience. We originally booked a 20-foot truck because we knew the size limitations at our location, but we were told that wasn’t possible and were given a 26-foot truck instead at the closest location available. Then, on the day of pickup, we were informed that the truck wasn’t even available at the location we selected and had to drive an additional 8 miles each way to pick it up. When I first called U-Haul, they were unwilling to help, although they eventually compensated us for the extra mileage. Another issue was that we specifically declined additional coverage when booking, yet a $15/day charge was added without our knowledge. I had to spend another 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, and the representative confirmed that we should have been given at least two opportunities on an iPad or phone to opt out of the coverage — which never happened. The pickup location itself was also extremely unprofessional. Our pickup time was 2:30 PM, and at exactly 2:30 the employee was already calling asking where we were because he was “supposed to be closed at 1 PM.” He rushed through the process, handed us the keys, and hurried us out the door. We weren’t asked to sign anything or properly review the rental. Overall, this was a very frustrating and poorly managed experience.

VANESSA VAgent at this location gave me an extra day to deliver trailer but when I returned trailer ahead of schedule I was told by agen at returning location that I was being charged for extra day. I deliver trailer back ahead of schedule and I had receipt indicating return date in my possession. Agen at returning location location said she could not do anything about it. I want money returned to me!!
