The office was closed. The truck was not what I ordered. It was approx 17.5 ft long, I ordered a 20 ft truck. Thus was my second trip, the previous trip, there were no keys for the truck. I had to make a 1250 mile round trip to pick up my items.

CAMERON FUnit was available at my preferred location. It was clean but had a low RF tire and a flat LR tire. We discussed the issue and I was told that units were not maintained at that location. He said that the tire could not be repaired there but said that he could reach out to his district manager for approval to swap the aforementioned tire with a trailer on site. I was told to go home and load it up and would be contacted with approval for the exchange. After loading the trailer and had not been contacted, I decided to drive back over to the dealer. I was then told that none of his three attempts to receive approval were unanswered. I was told fill up the tire before departure and check it on way to my destination. The following morning, the LR tire had 14.5 PSI (again). Filled the tire with my compressor and took the air tank and hit the road. I had to stop twice the check and fill the tire. I finally found a large screw in the tire which by the second stop had worn down to approximately .5 in. Not good or pleasant rental. Started out with a potentially dangerous situation. Needless to say, it just added more stress.
Jack SMy whole online return experience was definitely not a good one. It was raining so hard it kept taking me out of the screen I needed to be on and couldn't get back to where I was cut off from. Taking pictures in the rain was a joke. And hoping you got the correct address for me to get my refund on both truck and trailer. Wouldn't recommend doing online check in. Definitely NOT a good experience.
Gerri AAttitude was not one of a helpful nature. My friend was broken down there and was treated like a bad person for being stuck with a kid. This was never stated, but I got no assistance whatsoever when I called to see about securing a piece of equipment to get them home.
Jody ZOwner was very nice and helpful. He answered all of our questions, got us hooked up, and gave us some tips/pointers.
Mike PI don't have any negatives about the place. Jimmy who runs it was a Police officer for the town. He is very helpful if something comes up.

Dwain BTried to reserve online! But it didn’t reserve, I Told what I wanted ! 6 x 12,, there were 2 there. I got told they were reserved! The guy gave me a 5x 8 old style tailer, worst of the lot! Charged me the price that I should have gotten for the 6x 12 online. When I cane back before 6 pm the two 6x 12 had not moved! It had snowed, and there were no tire tracks in the snow in front of the 2 , 6x 12 trailers. I explained my situation and told the man it was two women who had to move the stuff! He lied to me and gave me a smaller trailer in which taxed our job! Never again will I rent from that jerk and I will make it known what kind of a person he is out for an extra $5 and could care less about the job at hand! I will not recommend this place to anyone!
