Location area very rough. One lady trying to handle all of the customers and help me with the rental. She was very nice but seemed unsure of the process so she had to keep calling the owner for instruction. Uhaul was supposed to send a coupon code because they had to move my pickup location, never received the code after calling multiple times and letting them know I didn't receive the code. It look me about 45 minutes to both check in and check out the truck in a VERY questionable location. Not a good experience..

TAMMY WDon’t reschedule the location of my pickup and then not have a truck available and then make me drive to three different locations to find a truck that I ordered and was “guaranteed” and then charge me $160.
