The lock box code to access the keys did not work, therefore I had to ask for a back up key from the location. Luckily, they had a spare. The vehicle was also parked near many other cars, of which the uhaul was blocked in by several other cars, so it was a hassle getting it out of the lot. The location receptionist was very nice though.
