The truck was dirty, the shipping blankets, which I did not use were all over the back of the box, the handtruck was not tied down, so when I started driving, it started rolling around. There was food on the floor in the cab, the windshield was dirty. I feel like I should be given some kind of discount for cleaning it up better than I got it, considering I would’ve been charged for not having that packing blankets folded, or the handtruck tied down. I would not recommend using this location ever again.

Showed up for the truck Monday morning and no keys .. customer service transferred me after I explained the situation and had to re explain only to have her tell me I would need to go to another location across town. We couldn’t. So had to postpone our move until the next day, very frustrating- all the trouble and still had to pay full price. Certain I would have been charged if I caused any delays
