AARON TWhen I put in my reservation I requested 2 dollies, an appliance Dollie, and furniture mover. I received none of these items with the truck. No one was at the location when I went to receive the truck. I was told I had to call and have the reservation moved to an online pickup by the employee at the business. When I went to return the vehicle I had dropped the vehicle off the night prior and called in to speak with someone so I did not get charged for the equipment I never received. I spoke to the owner and he advised he would take care of it. I get an email an hour later with only $30 removed charging me $300 still for equipment I never received with the truck. After calling back they removed the charges finally for the equipment I never received. Aside from the fact I was redirected 20 minutes out of the town I was supposed to pick it up from adding on to my mileage this experience was not great.

John SI recommend putting blind spot mirrors on your trucks so as to avoid an accident. It is impossible to see a car next to you with only the large mirrors you have.
John SWe were in and out quickly. We were incorrectly billed for an extra day, but a quick phone call had the charge removed.
