I don’t remember the name of the individual who checked me in for pick up , but he was very helpful and the whole process was unexpectedly fast. Thank you for being awesome and accommodating when i needed to keep my suv partked there. Also, drop off was a breeze as i was met with another individual at the time I brought the cargo van back. Love this location and I really do appreciate the kindness of the staff 💛

CHRISTOPHER SLower the per mile charge. Maybe charge 50.00 to rent the van and 1.00 per mile. $1.99 a mile seems a lot. I paid more to rent a 9’ van then the 10’ truck. For just a few less miles.

DANIEL MCost per mile is a bit ridiculous. It is $1 more per mile than when we rented last summer. Local UHaul has no control but National needs to reduce this.

ELEANOR RNo notes. This was the smoothest uhaul experience I've ever had. The trailer was already hooked up to the truck when I got there and someone walked out with me to show me how it worked to make sure I was comfortable using the equipment. Drop off was just as smooth. I was nervous about having to back the truck up with a trailer and I was pleasantly surprised when I did not have to do that! Terrific experience.
JASON POnly charge for the items provided. It appears I was charged for 24 furniture pads, but only received and used 12.

MARK FThis survey is primarily intended for Uhaul itself opposed to the specific location. Due to issues on Uhauls end I spent hours on the phone unable to pick up the vehicle. I lost critical time during the move and the experience was extremely disappointing. The online / chat help was unhelpful for the most part and ignorant to the customer experience. I asked to have someone contact me to discuss which has not occurred well over 24 hours requesting this.
Greg BAir conditioning barely worked. Made driving 200 miles in 95 degree heat a somewhat unpleasant experience.

Morris SJTs was awesome! My problem is with Uhaul! It called me ahead of time to tell me about the situation but at that point I wasn't able to make other arrangements. They double booked the size truck I reserved. I had to go a size up. So the rental truck i reserved and rental quote of about $70 was upped a size and became a final charge of about $170. Moving is already stressful. I planned things almost 3 weeks in advance, so the fact that it was screwed up really started things out on a sour note. We have more things to move but won't be using Uhaul.
Kelly MUHAUL owes me a credit of over $100. UHAUL stores at Hughesville and Muncy Valley are out of business. UHAUL customer service SUCKS
JOSEPH DMy 2021 gold wing drug when I put it on the ramp because of the inline was too steep for the motorcycle. The length of a ramp needs to be increased or have the ability to raise at the end of it.
