Todd RI'm not sure what else can be expected. Only one person was there to assist also while working the desk. He did everything he could to help me from hooking up the trailer to my truck, helping me get the car on the trailer, and helping me secure the car on the trailer.

My reservation was changed less than 24 hours notice and I have not yet been compensated for the increase cost due to the U-Haul change. I’ve submitted a ticket and claim and I’m still awaiting follow up. Not a good customer experience.
MARJULEE CThe cup holder area had remnants of a past renter's spilled drink, which is where I wanted to prop my phone for navigation. Not looking for perfection. A quick wipe down would have been nice. Otherwise it was fine. Very much appreciated the location and the fellow there. Hated the U-Haul mobile app, which repeatedly failed to perform the return procedure.
