The owner of the drop off location personally called me to ensure that I knew where his business was located. He was a pretty friendly and professional. A drop off location was also easy to access and we had a very smooth drop off.

This location always provides great equipment and service - I am a regular customer here for trailer rentals
ROBERT BI would suggest displaying locations online that have equipment on site. The initial site I selected did not have an inventory. As a precaution, I called the U-Haul Support Line and I was told I needed to select a different site. If that info was displayed, it would have made the reservation easier. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

WILLIAM PTrailer had not been swept out in a while. My original reservation was canceled by U-Haul because of availability. A new one was created that had a much higher rental rate. This was not the fault of the pick up location but the franchise.
