DANIEL MThe man at this location was incredibly rude. We made a last minute reservation for a few hours. He called us to demand we confirm it would only be a few hours because he needed the truck the next morning. We assured him we would return it that night. When we walked inside he ‘greeted’ us with a brusque “what do you want?” He then told us multiple times “we don’t do that here” regarding the online check in. We felt extremely unwelcome and like we had done something wrong when we hadn’t. I will never use this site again and already told several neighbors and the worker we encountered at the business we were using the truck to visit the same. There’s plenty of other locations nearby.
