Your app and scheduling is trash. I scheduled a truck & checked in for it… and then U-HAUL called ME and changed it. I guess who ever called me “saved” their changes so when I got to location to pickup, it said I had no reservation. It took me over 2 hours to get checked out because I had to call customer service 3 times. The last person I spoke to finally was able to get it fixed and get me a truck, but it was 2 hours later than I had a whole crew waiting at my house to move. Also in the app, my “before” pictures function wouldn’t work (honestly not surprised there because now if they find anything wrong with the truck, even though I know without a shadow of a doubt the truck is as perfect as I left it, they’ll pin it on me)
KATHRYN MNever go to this location ever lock box is not labeled or visible, gummy trash in the truck I had rented, but never got in it, used it, or left the lot no one there could help find said lock box and was still charged, cause there isn’t a cancel or back out button
RILEY GFurniture Blankets weren’t available as I asked for 12 blankets. Just used older blankets from my beds. Not a major concern but you also lost the additional revenue.
