My experience with U-Haul was mostly great! The service was top-notch, but I did have a bit of a rough interaction with the aunty and uncle who helped me. They seemed a bit short-tempered, but overall, everything else went smoothly. Would still recommend!

Jan OWas to pick up the vehicle at a remote lot. But the system was down so that was not an option. Should have the physical address of the business that is overseeing the remote lot, so that when these things happen, customers know where to go. Fortunately I knew where the business was. So I only lost about 30 minutes. The business handling the rental was great. And that will keep me coming back.
Mark BBoth App & website did not respond directly and spent more than an hour trying to pick cargo van then I went to another location to help me get different van but still I have to go back to the first location to pick up the van. Really disappointed

PHILLIP WPicking up was a little confusing as the location of the truck was just a parking lot with nobody to sign me in. I was able to complete the pickup on my app and unlock the padlock for the key. Vehicle was fine and check out was easy. I was not reminded to reinstall the padlock on the roll door and simply dropped the key in the box. I thought of this when I got home and called the site to let them know this was not relocked. The lady proceeded to lecture me on this and then just hung up on me. I was happy to go back and do this for her, but since she hung up on me, well, that's not happening. Other than that the experience will not stop me from renting from U-Haul in the future.
David MOutside of van was very dirty where mud had splashed up from front tires onto area of and below front doors - personally did not care but was concerned I might get charged a cleaning fee and I did not feel like cleaning it as I did not add to the dirt. Roof did have dents upon pick-up that I did report that had apparently not been previously noted - again I was concerned I may be charged for repairs for damages that were already there. Over-all I was very happy with rental vehicle.
